Given the increased interest of the public to information on emergency loans granted by the National Bank of Moldova, their use by Banca de Economii S.A., BC "BANCA SOCIALĂ" S.A. and B.C. "UNIBANK" S.A. during the special administration process, and information on the recovery of funds by these banks during special administration and liquidation processes, the National Bank of Moldova makes available certain available information to the public on this subject.
I. Information on emergency loans granted by the National Bank of Moldova to Banca de Economii S.A., BC "BANCA SOCIALĂ" S.A. and B.C. "UNIBANK" S.A.
During November 2014 - October 2015, the National Bank of Moldova granted to Banca de Economii S.A., BC "BANCA SOCIALĂ" S.A. and B.C. "UNIBANK" S.A. emergency loans under State guarantee, in the total amount of MDL 14,121,758,000.0, as follows:

Until the date of licence withdrawal of Banca de Economii S.A, BC "BANCA SOCIALĂ" S.A. and B.C."UNIBANK" S.A., according to the information collected by the National Bank, the emergency loans granted to these banks and their available resources were used for the repayment of creditors of those banks, according to item 6 of the Government Decision no .938 of 13 November 2014 (Official Monitor no. 93 of 14.04.15) and item 3 of the Government Decision no.124 of 30 March 2015 (Official Monitor of no.166-176 of 03.07.15) as follows :
