The National Bank of Moldova (NBM) signed a partnership agreement with Moldova State University (MSU). According to the aforementioned agreement, the parties will cooperate in organizing trainings and exchange of knowledge with the purpose to train specialists in the banking field.

In addition, the NBM will organize internships for students and teachers in order to familiarize them with the practical aspects of banking activities in general, and the activities carried out by the central bank, with the development of new banking services and products, inflation forecast, etc. At the same time, the experts of the central bank will organize documentation internships for teachers and doctoral students, and will participate in their scientific researches and projects.

The representatives of the MSU will be invited at the public conferences and events organized by the NBM, will have the possibility to participate in the discussions and present the results of their own analyses and researches.

Similar agreements were concluded last year with the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (AESM) and the Technical University of Moldova (TUM).
