  • the image of the building of the first Romanian institution of higher education, and a stylized inscription "100 de Ani"
  • the inscription in capital letters "ÎNVĂȚĂMÂNT ROMÂNESC SUPERIOR ÎN BASARABIA" along an arc of a circle.
