As of the end of the 1st quarter of 2022, the offer price for the residential property in Chișinău has continued the increasing trend established since the 1st quarter of 2020. As of the end of the reporting period, the RPPI has registered the value of 135.3 percent, which is a 6.7 percent growth compared to the 4th quarter of 2021 and a 13.9 percent increase compared to the 1st quarter of 2021.
The RPPI associated to the new dwellings listed on the primary market has registered the value of 147.2 percent, that being an 8.6 percent increase compared to the 4th quarter of 2021 and a 20.4 percent increase compared to the 1st quarter of 2021.
The RPPI associated to dwellings listed on the secondary market has registered the value of 129.2 percent, that being a 5.9 percent increase compared to 4th quarter of 2021 and a 10.9 increase compared to the 1st quarter of 2021.
