As of the end of the 2nd quarter of 2021, the offer price for the residential property in Chișinău has continued the increasing trend established since the first quarter of 2020. As of the end of the reporting period, the RPPI has registered the value of 123.3 percent, which is a 8.1 percent growth compared to the 4th quarter of 2020, and 18.6 percent growth compared to the 2nd quarter of 2020.
The RPPI associated to the new dwellings, listed on the primary market, has registered the value of 129.4 percent, that being an increase of 9.7 percent compared to the 4th quarter of 2020, and 22.3 percent compared to the 2nd quarter of 2020.
The RPPI associated to dwellings listed on the secondary market have registered the value of 120,4 percent, that being an increase of 3.4 percent compared to the previous quarter, and 17.2 percent compared to the 2nd quarter of 2020.
