As of the end of the 2nd quarter of 2023, the offer price for residential property in Chișinău has recorded a decrease compared to the previous quarter. As of the end of the reporting period, the RPPI has registered the value of 140.4 percent, which is a 1.8 percent decrease compared to the 1st quarter of 2023, but 0.7 percent higher compared to the 2nd quarter of 2022.
The RPPI associated to the new dwellings listed on the primary market has registered the value of 148.6 percent, that is a 1.1 percent decrease compared to the 1st quarter of 2023 and a 1.0 percent decrease compared to the 2nd quarter of 2022.
The RPPI associated to dwellings listed on the secondary market has registered the value of 135.3 percent, that is a 1.9 percent decrease compared to the 1st quarter of 2023, but still it is increasing by 1.2 percent compared to the 2nd quarter of 2022.
