As of the end of the 2nd quarter of 2024, the offer price for residential property in Chișinău has recorded a rapid growth compared to the previous quarter. As of the end of the reporting period, the RPPI has registered the value of 166.0 percent, which is a 6.2 percent increase compared to the 1st quarter of 2024, and 18.2 percent higher compared to the 2nd quarter of 2023.

The RPPI associated to the new dwellings listed on the primary market has registered the value of 175.8 percent, that is a 5.8 percent increase compared to the 1st quarter of 2024, and a 18.3 percent increase compared to the 2nd quarter of 2023.
The RPPI associated to dwellings listed on the secondary market has registered the value of 159.8 percent, that is a 6.3 percent increase compared to the 1st quarter of 2024, and a 18.1 percent increase compared to the 2nd quarter of 2023.
