As of the end of the 3rd quarter of 2023, the offer price for residential property in Chișinău has recorded a slight increase compared to the previous quarter. As of the end of the reporting period, the RPPI has registered the value of 140.6 percent, which is a 0.1 percent increase compared to the 2nd quarter of 2023, and 1.9 percent higher compared to the 3rd quarter of 2022.

The RPPI associated to the new dwellings listed on the primary market has registered the value of 148.1 percent, that is a 0.3 percent decrease compared to the 2nd quarter of 2023, but a 0.2 percent increase compared to the 3rd quarter of 2022.
The RPPI associated to dwellings listed on the secondary market has registered the value of 135.6 percent, that is a 0.2 percent increase compared to the 2nd quarter of 2023, and a 2.6 percent increase compared to the 3rd quarter of 2022.
