As of the end of the 4th quarter of 2024, the offer price for residential property in Chișinău has recorded a substantial growth compared to the previous quarter. As of the end of the reporting period, the RPPI has registered the value of 178.8 percent, which is a 7.3 percent increase compared to the 3rd quarter of 2024, and 25.6 percent higher compared to the 4th quarter of 2023.

The RPPI associated to the new dwellings listed on the primary market has registered the value of 183.1 percent, that is a 4.1 percent increase compared to the 3rd quarter of 2024, and a 19.4 percent increase compared to the 4th quarter of 2023.
The RPPI associated to dwellings listed on the secondary market has registered the value of 174.6 percent, that is an 8.7 percent increase compared to the 3rd quarter of 2024, and a 28.3 percent increase compared to the 4th quarter of 2023.
