To further inform individuals and legal entities about the latest trends in the interbank foreign exchange market, the National Bank of Moldova will publish [1] the following key indicators:
- Rate of the Last Transaction – the EUR/MDL exchange rate at which the most recent transaction was concluded on the interbank market.
- Last Traded Volume – the volume of the most recent transaction on the interbank foreign exchange market, expressed in millions of euro.
- Weighted Average Daily Rate – the weighted average EUR/MDL rate of transactions concluded on the interbank foreign exchange market during the operational day.
- Daily Traded Volume – the total volume of transactions concluded on the interbank foreign exchange market during the operational day, expressed in millions of euro.
It should be noted that the rate of the last interbank transaction and the traded volume reflect the most recent transaction conducted on the current day. If no interbank transactions occur on the current day, the indicators from the most recent transaction day will be presented.
