Internships at the National Bank of Moldova

 


The National Bank of Moldova (NBM) contributes continuously to the training of young specialists by offering them the opportunity to carry out an internship within the institution.

The experience at the National Bank of Moldova is unique and you will have the opportunity to follow, in a practical way, complex and impactful processes conducted within the National Bank as the central bank of the Republic of Moldova.

In order to be eligible for an internship at the National Bank of Moldova you must fulfill the following conditions:

  • Being a student in a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD program in a higher education institution in the country or abroad, in the field of economics or other relevant fields of activity of the National Bank according to the organizational chart, with an average grade of the years of study higher than 8 (applicable for studies in the Republic of Moldova); for persons with degrees obtained abroad, the qualifications (e.g. GPA etc.) obtained in the country and/or at the respective educational institutions should be indicated;
  • Knowledge of English language.


Required documents:

  1. CV in Europass format.
  2. Letter of intent addressed to the Governor of the National Bank of Moldova, indicating the period and the subdivision in which you wish to carry out the internship.
  3. Official document certifying your academic progress up to the time of application.
  4. Copy of your identity card.

The assessment of students during the selection process is based on the following criteria:

  • the results obtained by the candidates during the years of study within the bachelor or master programs of the higher education institutions in which they are enrolled;
  • theoretical knowledge specific to the field;
  • the research topic and the subject of the work to be carried out during the internship at the National Bank of Moldova.

The National Bank of Moldova will inform each student about the validation or rejection of the application, by e-mail, within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of registration.
