Under Art. 11 par. (3¹) of the Law on the National Bank of Moldova [1], the National Bank informs the shareholders of C.B. "ENERGBANK" S.A. - "Panfermag Energy" S.A., "WGD INT" S.R.O. and Macovetkaia Elena on the availability of the Decision of the Executive committee of the National Bank of Moldova no. 13 from 11.01.2019, at the National Bank’s headquarters (1 Grigore Vieru Blvd., Chisinau).
