According to preliminary data, in Q I 2017, the current account of the balance of payments recorded a deficit of 112.77 million (that worsened by 41.5 percent as compared to Q I 2016), the capital account registered a deficit of US$ 11.99 million and the financial account recorded a net inflow of US$ 59.65 million. The international investment position of the Republic of Moldova remained net debit totaling US$ -6,133.37 million at the end of the first quarter of 2017, while the gross external debt of the Republic of Moldova reached US$ 6,688.60 million.

În trimestrul I 2017, soldul contului curent al balanței de plăți a Republicii Moldova a înregistrat un deficit de 112.77 mil. USD (deteriorându-se cu 41.5 la sută față de cel consemnat în trimestrul I 2016), contul de capital a înregistrat un sold negativ de 11.99 mil. USD, iar contul financiar s-a soldat cu intrări nete de capital în valoare de 59.65 mil. USD.

Poziția investițională internațională a Republicii Moldova (conform MBP5), la 31.03.2017, a rămas net debitoare şi a constituit -6,133.37 mil. USD, deteriorându-se față de sfârșitul anului 2016 cu 2.6 la sută.

The international investment position of the Republic of Moldova recorded a net debit of US$ 6,133.37 million as of 31.03.2017, 2.6 % larger as compared to the end of 2016.

Datoria externă brută a Republicii Moldova s-a majorat pe parcursul trimestrului I 2017 cu 93.91 mil. USD (sau cu 1.4 la sută față de sfârșitul anului 2016), constituind 6,688.60 mil. USD la 31.03.2017.

The gross external debt of the Republic of Moldova reached US$ 6,688.60 million at the end of Q I 2017, increasing by US$ 93.91 million (1.4%) as compared to the end of 2016.

В мае 2017 г. чистый объём банковских переводов денежных средств из-за границы в пользу физических лиц Республики Молдова составил 105.23 млн. долларов США (увеличившись на 19.1% по сравнению с соответствующем периодом прошлого года).

In May 2017, the total amount of net money transfers from abroad made in favour of individuals via licensed banks of the Republic of Moldova amounted to US$ 105.23 million (increasing by  19.1% as against May 2016).

În luna mai 2017, prin intermediul băncilor licențiate au fost transferate din străinătate în favoarea persoanelor fizice mijloace bănești în valoare netă de 105.23 mil. USD (în creștere cu 19.1 la sută față de mai 2016).
