"We understand that we cannot have ready-made specialists, who have in-depth knowledge of such areas as monetary policy, payment systems, financial stability, bank resolution, etc., some areas being also new to our specialists. But we have all made efforts and we are constantly striving for our professional development, so that we can be useful to the institution and the society”, pointed out the NBM Governor.
The event, conceived as an interesting and interactive one, brought together nine specialized workshops, among which, those related to the banking supervision, statistical reports, payment systems, information and security technologies, external relations and European integration. Additionally, the visitors were informed about the NBM vacancies and their requirements. Thus, young people had the opportunity to find out from the first source what is a central bank and how interesting and of great responsibility is its activity. The NBM experts told them about complex issues in an accessible and cognitive way, pleading for an attractive speech.
