Regarding the frequency of change of exchange rates
by the foreign exchange entities
Pursuant to art. 5 para.(1) letter l), art.11 para.(1), art.27 para.(1) letter c), art.51 letters a) and b) of Law no.548-XIII of July 21, 1995 on the National Bank of Moldova (republished in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no.297-300, art.544), with further modifications and completions, and art.43 para.(82) of Law no.62-XVI of March 21, 2008 on foreign exchange regulation (the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.127-130, art.496), with further modifications and completions, Executive Board of the National Bank of Moldova
DECIDES:

Foreign exchange entities have the right to change the buying and selling rates during the work programme established by them at the beginning of its work programme for the currency exchange operations in cash with individuals, as follows:
a) once during the work programme - by foreign exchange entities with a work programme of up to 12 hours;
b) twice during the work programme - by foreign exchange entities with a work programme of more than 12 hours. In this case, the first change in the buying and selling rates may be made during the first 12 working hours, and the second change - during the next 12 working hours.

This Decision shall enter into force on December 10, 2016.
