NBM will optimize its human resource management and staff number following the assessment carried out by an international consulting company

 

The National Bank of Moldova (NBM) initiated a process of reforming the human resource management system. This change will be accomplished within a large project implemented with the assistance of the „KORN FERRY-Hay Group” experts, a world leader in consulting services in this field.

“KORN FERRY-Hay Group” has won the competition organized by the NBM and will implement the project over the next six months. Some of the project’s tasks are: the optimization of the NBM staff, assessment of job descriptions, reformation of the salary system and improvement of human resource management, assessment of employees’ managerial skills and the creation of training and development plans, etc..

The final goal of this project is to strengthen the National Bank’s institutional capacity and to make its activity more efficient. The “KORN FERRY-Hay Group” company has implemented similar projects in over 20 central banks across the world, such as Great Britain, the Netherlands, Canada, Finland, Japan, Romania, Lithuania and others, as well as international financial institutions: IMF, World Bank, European Central Bank, etc..
