On the days 28, 29 and 30 August 2018, declared public holidays, the National Bank of Moldova will ensure the economic activity continuity of the individuals and legal entities, undertaking the necessary measures to carry out transactions in normal regime through the Automatic Interbank Payment System.

28, 29 и 30 августа 2018, официально объявленные выходными днями, Национальный банк Молдовы обеспечит непрерывность экономической деятельности физических и юридических лиц и предпримет необходимые меры для осуществления сделок посредством Межбанковской автоматизированной платежной системы в нормальном режиме.

The decision was taken after it was found that the bank is able to ensure transparency of its shareholders, following the acquisition of 72.19 percent of the bank’s share capital by the VB Investment Holding B.V., a company owned by Banca Transilvania from Romania, in partnership with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). 

Решение было принято после того, как было установлено, что банк обеспечивает прозрачность структуры акционариата в результате приобретения 72.19% акционерного капитала VB Investment Holding B.V., компанией, принадлежащей Банку Трансильвания Румынии в партнерстве с Европейским банком реконструкции и развития.

Decizia a fost luată după ce s-a constatat că banca asigură transparentizarea structurii acționariatului băncii ca urmare a achiziționării a 72.19 la sută din capitalul social de VB Investment Holding B.V., societate deținută de Banca Transilvania din România în parteneriat cu Banca Europeană pentru Reconstrucție și Dezvoltare (BERD).

The decision was taken following an on-site target inspection of the provider’s activity in the field of electronic money issuance, taking into account the severity and the repeated nature of violations committed by the provider.
